1986 42 ft Chris Craft Yacht. In good shape and runs great. It has a Salon and Galley with plenty of room. Galley has a stove/oven and a full-size refrigerator. 2 Cabins with queen size beds, 2 bathrooms one full has a tub and shower and one half with a shower. Boat has new Isen glass on back patio and on the bridge. Boat runs great. Includes a 40ft boat slip. We have enjoyed this boat immensely but due to health issues and other things with a heavy heart we need to sell it. This also has a 40 ft slip to go with it and you will have a deed to go with this. The slip is located at 153 Anchors way Slip #38 at the St. Joe Isle Yacht Club. Dues are yearly and due in January $935.00 which includes trash electric and water. There are also Property taxes on the slip around $300 a year.
