Responsibilities and Duties-
A/R and A/P
Maintain great working relationship with customers and vendors.
Update and maintain customer/vendor database.
Maintain and order office supplies.
Other office duties, as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills-
Attention to detail, thoroughness, organized, data entry skills, general math skills.
3+ years of experience in an office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Quick books.
