What You’ll Do
• Engage children in joyful, playful, and meaningful learning experiences
• Plan and implement hands-on, child-centered curriculum
• Support social-emotional growth through collaborative, respectful interactions
• Foster curiosity through nature-based and creative activities
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and colleagues
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
For Daycare Assistants: No prior teaching license required—just a love for children, eagerness to learn, and a positive, adaptable mindset!

Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• A genuine love for working with children
• Must be 18 years or older
Preferred:
• EEC certification (for Preschool Teachers)
• 1+ year experience in early childhood education
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
