The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on eBay to maximize visibility, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities
· Create detailed, accurate, and attractive product listings on eBay, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
· Ensure all listings comply with eBay’s policies and best practices.
· Manage and update inventory levels, organize stock, and track sales performance, making adjustments to listings as needed.
· Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that orders are packed and shipped promptly and accurately, and incoming items are properly documented and stored.
· Maintain an organized inventory system for efficient retrieval and restocking of products.
· Enhance product visibility using relevant keywords and categories for SEO optimization.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests related to listings.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers.
Qualifications
· Proven experience creating and managing eBay listings or experience with similar e-commerce platforms.
· Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
· Familiarity with eBay seller tools and listing best practices.
· Basic understanding of product photography and image editing.
· Experience organizing inventories and handling shipping and receiving tasks preferred.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
· Comfortable using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in e-commerce, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
· Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
