WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Leading or assisting on residential & commercial moves
• Safely handling furniture and customer belongings
• Driving 16’–26’ box trucks when assigned
• Using pads, wrap & proper loading methods
• Keeping trucks and equipment organized
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Completing simple pre & post job checklists
-OUR LEAD GROWTH PATH-
Team members who show reliability and leadership can grow through our Lead Phases:
• Probationary Lead – learning systems & assisting in job flow (90 Days)
• Junior Lead – running smaller jobs with support
• Senior Lead – managing full crews & job execution
Advancement is based on consistency, ownership, and professionalism and following Procedures Outlined
THIS IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
• Are comfortable driving or willing to learn to drive box trucks
• Show up on time — consistently
• Work without needing constant direction
• Respect team structure
• Stay focused in fast-paced environments
• Can lift 75–100+ lbs
(Moving, labor, or truck-driving experience is helpful but not required.)
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
Zero Tolerance for tardiness
Must have Access to Smartphone to carry out day to Day Operations.
