Job Overview

Our ideal candidate has experience with residential and/or commercial exterior painting, understands proper surface preparation, and is committed to delivering excellent results while maintaining a safe and professional job site.
Responsibilities
Prepare exterior surfaces by scraping, sanding, pressure washing, caulking, and priming.
Apply paint, stain, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Repair minor surface damage as needed before painting.
Protect surrounding areas, including landscaping, windows, and fixtures.
Maintain clean and organized job sites.
Safely use ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and painting equipment.
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
