Trail-Cruiser C21RBH is higher-end version of Trail-Sport TSE21RBH. Same exact layout.
You can find Youtube videos showing walk-thru of these trailers.
This is for a DIY-er who is able to replace the floor. Otherwise, the unit itself should be in good condition. The layout is great for housing quite a few people (or dogs). Sleeps 7. We got it to house us and two big dogs + 2 medium dogs when camping.
Hybrid RV trailer: hard surface all around, but there is a tented area available if you open up the expandable front. The expandable front becomes a queen-size bed with screens on 3 sides. Fun.
(The TSE21 name refers to Trail Sport Expandable 21 ft)
The ability to have the option of expanding the tented area, or not, makes this RV suitable for bear country: The completely hard enclosure option makes it suitable for bear country camping.
DESCRIPTION:

PROBLEMS:
1) Main issue: Floor must be replaced. The "sandwich" of 1/8" luan + styrofoam insulation + 1/8" luan has delaminated, making floor "spongy". Could add layer of 1/2" or 3/4" wood layer to fix the situation. Or, other options.
Don't know why it has failed, because there are no roof leaks. Just age and humidity. Roof has been kept covered by tarp (as seen in photos), for safety.
There is an area (shown in photo) where some trim has pulled away -- but I don't think that is the issue.
2) Second issue: there had been mice in the trailer, as can be seen in photos. Don't know if they are still there, but trailer is located in a wooded area. The mice chewed the thin heat ducts (standard expanding exhaust ducting), so I removed that duct work. Easy to replace. (I have the new duct work stuff). The mice also chewed the fabric for the expandable tent. So, I purchased a brand new replacement and have kept it in a box/not installed. All other fabric-like materials (bedding/ pillows/ mattresses, etc) have been removed for safekeeping.
3) Awning seems to have been hit by hail. Still works (manual operation), but will have some holes in it along the edge.
